Shipping policy

MADE-TO-ORDER PRODUCTION

All BLCKOUT products are made on demand. We do not mass-produce or keep large inventory on hand.
This ensures higher-quality production, reduced waste, and a more premium experience.

Because of this, please expect the following timelines:

Production Time (Before Shipping)

  • Standard production time: 5–7 business days

  • High-volume periods (drops, holidays): 7–10 business days

Production time is the period needed to create your item(s) before they ship.


SHIPPING TIME (AFTER PRODUCTION)

Once your order is produced and handed off to the carrier, shipping typically takes:

  • U.S. Shipping: 7–14 days

  • International Shipping: 14–28 days

Please be aware:
Production time + shipping time = total delivery time.

Example:
If your order takes 7 days to produce and 10 days to ship, total delivery time = 17 days.


ORDER PROCESSING

Production begins once your order is submitted and payment is processed.
Orders are processed Monday–Friday (excluding holidays).

You will receive two separate emails:

  1. Order Confirmation – immediately after purchase

  2. Shipping Confirmation + Tracking – once your order leaves the production facility


ORDER TRACKING

Tracking updates appear once the carrier scans the package into their system.
This may take 24–48 hours after receiving your tracking email.

If tracking shows “Delivered” but you cannot locate the package, please check:

  • mailbox

  • front/side/back door

  • parcel locker

  • neighbors

  • apartment/HOA parcel room

BLCKOUT is not responsible for orders marked Delivered by the carrier.


LOST, STOLEN, OR DAMAGED PACKAGES

Once an order is handed off to the carrier, the carrier assumes responsibility for delivery. BLCKOUT cannot replace, refund, or reship orders lost or stolen in transit.

If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please file a claim directly with the carrier:

  • USPS

  • UPS

  • FedEx
    (links available on request)

We will help provide documents if needed.


INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING & CUSTOMS

International orders may incur duties, VAT, import taxes, and customs fees.
These fees are not included in your BLCKOUT purchase and must be paid by the customer.

Customs inspections may delay delivery and are outside our control.

If a package is refused or returned due to unpaid fees, reshipping costs will apply.


ADDRESS ACCURACY

Please ensure your name, address, and contact details are correct at checkout.

BLCKOUT is not responsible for:

  • incorrect or incomplete addresses

  • packages returned due to address errors

  • additional shipping costs for reshipment

If your order has not entered production yet, we may be able to correct your address — but this is not guaranteed.


RETURNED & UNDELIVERABLE PACKAGES

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, refusal, or failure to pick up from the carrier:

  • Re-shipment fees must be paid before we can send it again

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable


PRE-ORDER OR LIMITED RELEASE ITEMS

Some drops may have extended production timelines. Shipping estimates will be displayed on the product page.

Orders containing both pre-order and in-stock items may ship together unless otherwise specified.
