BLCKOUT offers a 30-day return window from the date you receive your item.

ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURNS
To qualify for a return, items must be:

with all original tags attached

in the original packaging

accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase
Items returned to us without authorization will not be accepted.

DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR INCORRECT ITEMS

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

EXCHANGES
To exchange an item, please:

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the legal right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receipt for any reason, with no justification required.

REFUNDS
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or denial.
